Estate agencies in France are very strictly controlled and we only represent well established government licensed agents.

We will always try to find properties for you even if not in one of the regions currently represented. Let us know what you would like, where, and your budget.
The prices shown are those you would find in France and include agency fees. There are no additional fees as a result of our introductions or advice as the French agents share their fees with us. (See Buying Guide for Notaires fees and other important information).
When arranging to view properties remember that agents set aside and spend time with you and an appointment is essential. Allow plenty of time and let them know if you have to cancel or will be late, as they may have turned down other appointments. Do not underestimate distances and remember the French "lunch hour" - it's usually from 12.00 - 14.00 hrs, and is sacred!
Descriptions do not normally give precise locations and refer to a town or village which is likely to be the general area in which a property is situated. Depending on the terms of their agency agreement (mandat) with the owner and the strict regulations governing French estate agencies, our French partners may or may not be willing to divulge an exact location.
LEASEBACK - this is a specialist market in which very few of our agents are involved. If you are interested, we will refer you to a specialist leaseback agent.
YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE - we do not market and sell properties without the co-operation of a partner French agent. Our information for vendors is available on request.
